Why choose a custom fitness program?

A customized fitness program will help you reach your health and fitness goals quicker than going on your own. 


This program consists of 5 workouts a week, specifically tailored to your current fitness levels, past and current injuries, as well as what you have available for training. The workouts loaded a week into your Trainerize account but can also be provided in PDF form. 


We offer 1 month, 3 month and 6 month programs that create a road map to success! The 6 month program comes with a free nutrition plan (a $300 value). 


We will have an initial consultation that will discuss your daily schedule and current routine allowing us to create a routine that not only fits your goals, but your schedule. 

Nutrition is NOW FREE!!! 

Nutrition and fitness go hand it hand! I will no longer be charging $25 a month for nutrition programs. in order to help you reach your health and fitness goals! Here is what is included:

Free 3 days of meal ideas loaded into your account weekly (based on dietary restrictions and preferences)

Allison has her B.S. in Health Sciences and A.A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant 


She has over 13 years in the health and fitness industry as a college strength and conditioning coach, certified personal trainer, certified group fitness instructor, spin instructor, run coach. and Physical Therapist Assistant.
